    Hi Michael:

This is an incredible resource for individuals pursuing gold and silver investments. The massive amount of information presented here is awesome. I do have a question. I have a set of golf coins inherited from my grandfather. Where would be a good place to have them appraised? Thank you again for this incredible source of information on coin collecting.

Hi Stephanie, you you have some type of treasure there but you don’t know how valuable it is! Your best bet would be to take them to a local coin store, preferably one that has been in business for at least a few years, and begin the process of learning about these coins. A trusted local dealer will be happy to help you evaluate what you have and quite probably will provide an appraisal for you on the spot.

A great site that I will be coming back to! I changed most of my paper money into Gold and Silver bullion, but am leary of putting in the bank, so it is either home safe or buried in the ground in some remote location. The world is a economically a mess and I have no idea who to trust in the main stream so I gravitate to contrarians and have become one myself. It is hard to stay positive, but Britain leaving the EU sure helped the price of gold. Now, if Trump wins in the States, I could really benefit, but it’s a sad day for the world.

Do you ever think of how trust could become established once again between politicians and the rest of us?

Thanks Roger for your comments. Indeed, there are some vey troubling trends across the globe and holding precious metals is a good idea for a percentage of your savings. I agree that restoring trust would be a big factor that would tend toward stabilization, but it appears that many of our politicians are finding that difficult to do. We need more really honest and transparent leaders.
